Between the ancient cultivated landscapes of the Marchfeld and the floodplains of the Danube, we have created something new: a place for a plant that has never left us alone. Sea buckthorn has been with us for a long time – as a wild fruit, as a medicinal plant, as a beacon of hope. It grows quietly, needs little, and gives so much. And that's precisely what fascinated us.

In 2021, we began to give it space. Not somewhere on the periphery, but right in the middle – on our own, organically certified field. The sea buckthorn garden was born from this: a place where agriculture is thought of differently – climate-friendly, regenerative, and full of energy.
